Il porto turistico di New England Boatworks offre oltre 360 ormeggi in acque profonde per barche da 20 a 150 piedi, comprese le traversine laterali per multiscafi.
Quest’idea vuole offrire l’opportunità di una visione più turistica di un porto che presenta una buona varietà di servizi, ma pochi legati alla ristorazione ed all’intrattenimento.
Una struttura trasparente, pensata in parte per uffici, ma anche per dare spazio allo shopping, alla ristorazione ed al divertimento con la possibilità di godere sempre del panorama delle caratteristiche baie marine prossime a New York.

This idea wants to offer the opportunity of a more touristic view of a port that has a good variety of services, but few related to catering and entertainment.
